ALL SALES ARE FINAL. By purchasing a pin, you are agreeing to ALL applicable policies.
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing for in-hand orders and 1-2 weeks for processing once presold pins are received from my manufacturer. I am just one person and I work full-time. Please be patient with me.
I will automatically combine shipping for multiple orders made on the same day. I will not combine orders made on multiple days.
Please DO NOT combine in-hand orders with presale items. I do not have the capacity to hold stock for an extended period of time. Any orders containing both in-hand and presale items will be charged an additional shipping fee, without warning, directly to the card used for purchase.
Any address changes must be submitted through THIS GOOGLE FORM and are due by:
- For in-hand pins - within 24 hours of purchase. I am not responsible for packages that go to the wrong address if they are not submitted in a timely manner. I am not always able to correct addresses after labels have been printed.
- For presale pins - the time grading is completed. A notice will be posted on Instagram announcing arrivals and the deadline for address changes. I am not responsible for packages that go to the wrong address if they are not submitted by the deadline.

Grading: If the pin you receive does not abide by the expected quality of the pin purchased (per my grading policy), please contact me within 7 days of receiving the pin. You can either exchange the pin for a direct replacement or return it for a refund. Seconds/C-grades cannot be returned or exchanged.
Presale: Refunds will only be offered if there are unexpected manufacturing setbacks that extend the production timeline longer than 6 months. Please keep track of your own preorders. All updates will be posted on Instagram or Discord.
In-Hand: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I do not refund due to drop buddying or buyer's remorse. I am more than happy to do address changes if they are made within 24 hours of purchase. If the wrong variant or grade is purchased, please reach out to me ASAP via email ([email protected]) and I will try my best to resolve the issue, stock allowing. I am not responsible for making changes once the label has been printed.

Domestic Shipping - all domestic packages are shipped via Standard USPS First Class Mail/Package (3-8 business days).
International Shipping - all international packages are shipped using the lowest rate on PirateShip. They are dropped off at my local post office and generally delivered within 1-4 weeks, but can take as long as 2-3 months depending on the country. Once an order is dropped off with the shipping service (USPS), I am no longer responsible for it. Packages are insured for up to $100 with the basic shipping and I am more than happy to provide whatever information necessary for you to file a claim if something were to happen to it.
I am not responsible for a misdelivered package if I am not notified about an address change by the stated deadline.
