- The purpose of holding a presale is to raise funds to cover the cost of production. Because of this, presale slots are usually limited, and each pin is limited edition (LE) unless stated otherwise. LE pins will never be restocked as they are, but may be restocked with a different plating and different effects. Keep in mind this is not guaranteed and is entirely dependent on interest.
- Individuals who order a pin during its presale period will receive the best of the batch once pins are in-hand. All preorders are sold as MIXED GRADE pins, which means that the pins can range from A-Grade to B-Grade depending on the overall quality of the batch but will always be the best pins in the batch.
- I will never send out a C-Grade pin for a preordered pin. If you receive a pin that is a C-Grade according to the policy above, please reach out to me within 7 days of receiving your pin to arrange for an exchange at no cost to you.
- All pins ordered beyond the presale amount will be held until all presale customers have received their purchase. Please contact me ASAP within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue. Any pins remaining will be dropped for a slightly higher price in the shop at a later date.
- Pins can take anywhere from 3-6 months to complete production. I will be posting updates as I get them on Instagram (@hamichee.pins) and Discord. Please check the story highlight regularly for production updates.
- All presales are final unless there are unexpected manufacturing setbacks that extend the production timeline longer than 6 months. These will always be announced on my Instagram.
- Any address changes must be emailed to me at [email protected] by the time grading is completed. A notice will be posted on Instagram and Discord announcing arrivals and the deadline for address changes.
